Let the games and story begin. I don't own Jeepers Creepers, just the story and the characters I created from my imagination 'cause I had nothing better to do.

Minxie finds herself in a green field with a crystal blue small stream she was standing by, a change from her usual void filled dreams. She could feel the soft grass between her toes which also cushioned every step she took.

' Where am I going? '

She asks herself as she follows the stream. The sun was on her back as she continued to walk downstream, but it was cloudy enough for the sky to be bright and pleasantly warm her skin with a slight breeze cooling her as it goes through her blonde hair and nightgown. For an undetermined amount of time, Minxie saw nothing but the seemingly endless field and the stream which looked like it would be nice to take a drink from or to take a dip in. She smelled it before she saw them.

' Roses? '

Minxie wondered to herself as she sees rose bushes dotted here and there, all of the roses are pure white. They looked healthy and well taken care of, but what's strange is when she got closer to one of the bushes to smell them, they turned a deep shade of red before taking on a scent of blood as it then shrivels up to black and takes on a foul odor.

' The smell of death. '

Minxie automatically identified with her spine-tingling in foreboding. The weather and scenery didn't feel that peaceful anymore making Minxie avoid the roses entirely. The breeze now gave her goosebumps as she continued to hurry as quick as she could to wherever this dream was taking her. She looks around her as she picks up, what she guessed to be, hushed voices. She looks up around her catching glimpses of dozens, maybe hundreds, of faded figures who glanced at her before wandering away before disappearing into thin air. Some were more solid than others and some so faded that she could see the background behind them, but they all warned her in fearful and hateful tones.

" Can't afford more losses. "

" Bitter and wrathful monster. "

" Look what she did to us! "

" No pity for those who wronged her. "

" Can't stop her. "

All of this gave her Deja vu of one of her first visions 23 years ago, and how she went through it like this. Instead of the voices speeding up though, they went silent as the current figures approached her with their hands reaching out to her as if to beg for help. A good portion of them looked lost and their expressions were glazed, yet a large chunk looked furious and looked about ready to tear her throat out.

" Trapped! "

They screeched out simultaneously, making Minxie hold her hands to her ears as her face scrunches up in pain, until one little girl walked out from amongst the crowd, seemingly out of thin air. The girl looked more solid than the rest of the figures and more peaceful, though peaceful would probably not be the most accurate description since she wasn't really welcoming nor was she hostile, so docile may be the correct words for the small child.

The girl looks up at Minxie, moving her wavy blonde hair to reveal her large puppy brown eyes, her baby fat in her face giving her more of an innocent look.  The girl offers her hand to Minxie which Minxie accepts without question; when she did, the rest of the spirits vanished leaving Minxie with the unnamed child. They walked in silence with everything seeming to come to a crawl, but Minxie decided to use this time to find answers as she was taught.

" Who are you? What are you? What are they? Why are you different from them? By she, so they mean Corbin? Where are you taking me? Why is this now happening? It's not the twenty-third day! "
