"Bull Fighting"="By the Creation of Amanda Guangco. Santiago"=Published on Wattpad-(No Copyrights)-==============================================================================================================================================================July 6, 2014"Bull Fighting" “Each cities has its own stories. Some are bright and lively while some are dark and gloomy, just like this place. With the 13th Street as their boundaries, this is where "Dong Shang" and “Lan De” these two neighboring schools are located. For a long time, the barriers set up by these two schools are clearly marked.There are constant disputes and all of their disputes are settled at the basketball court between these two schools. This court is known by everyone as “The 13th Street Basketball Court”  One early morning, the wind is calm and the weather is nice. At the temple of incense burning flourishingly, a girl dressed in white suddenly appears leading a group of strong men dressed in black. Just one look and everyone can tell that they belong to the mafia. This frightens the people at the temple and they quickly rush to stay far away. They watch as this girl dressed in white leads the group of men dressed in black to pay her respects and pray for a good fortune. As the fortune was a good one, the whole group immediately starts cheering loudly and shouts, “Long lives Dong Shang School! Dong Shang 10 years of champion! Dong Shang, GO! GO! GO!”  It turns out that this girl dressed in white, who is leading this group of guys, is called Yi Shang Xue.Although she knows nothing about the   Street Basketball, but she is a super fan of Dong Shang's Trio. She is also the landlord of the 13th Street District, Yi Quan Wu, who everyone calls “Wu Ye's” only daughter. At her side is her childhood friend, Jin Zi Cong, who regards protecting Sheng Xue as his life-long mission and who is also an orphan adopted by Wu Ye.Dong Shang Trio is a three man group, voted by the students of Dong Shang School. Their main purpose is to solve any problems within the Dong Shang School and they have always been well respected by all the students. Lan De and Dong Shang have been carrying out this 3 against 3 basketball competition every year and the winner of the competition gets the right to use the 13th Street Basketball Court. For nine consecutive years, Dong Shang's Trio has been representing Dong Shang in fighting for this sacred place which is classified as a place of freedom for the students.Being that today is the tenth year of competition between Lan De and Dong Shang, Yi Shang Xue specially made an early trip to the temple to pray. She asks God to bless Dong Shang in winning their tenth championship. Now that she has gotten a good fortune, she happily returns home and waits to watch this annual Street Basketball Competition. Meanwhile, Shen Ruo He just finished helping his father, Shen Guo Chen, to close a business deal. Driving his sports car, he is heading forward the direction of the 13th Street Basketball Court. While turning at a certain street corner, he almost knocks down Sheng Xue, who is running along with her group of men dressed in black. Ruo He stops within 10 centimeters Sheng Xue and they both stare at each other. Seeing how Sheng Xue almost got run down by the car, Zi Cong immediately gets the rest of the guys to surround the car, forcing Ruo He to get out. In the end, it was Sheng Xue who stopped Zi Cong, allowing Ruo He to drive off. ZI Cong doesn't understand why Sheng Xue let Ruo He go. It turns out that Shang Xue recognizes his extremely rude guy as Shen Ruo He, the leader of trio who is representing Dong Shang in the Street Basketball Competition at the 13th Street Basketball Court.Today is the big day for Dong Shang and Lan De's Street Basketball Competition and so she's going to put aside her own personal grudge with him for now. However, one of her followers Ah Jia didn't listen to orders and decided to teach Ruo He a lesson and so he slashed the tires of Ruo He's car. Shang Xue is furious and warms Ah Jia that if Dong Shang doesn't win for the 10th consecutive year, then he is going to pay for it. Hearing this, one of her followers, Run Yi didn't dare to tell Shang Xue that he also slashed Ruo He's bag.The other two members of trio, Xu Zhe Kai and Zhou Bi Shou are waiting at the court. They are wondering why Ruo He, who was always been very punctual, hasn't shown up yet. At this moment, Ruo He is currently facing a flat tire problem. Worried about the competition, he has no choice but to pick up his bag and run towards the 13th Street Basketball Court.Ruo He didn't notice that the shoes he needed for the competition fell out of the hole of his bag which has early been slashed. The competition is about to start. Shang Xue asks Zi Cong to put set up a television in the backyard so that they can watch the game and cheer for Dong Shang at the same time. They were making so much noise that Yi Quan Wu, who is in the midst of meditating to seek peace, rushes out and forbids Shang Xue from making any more noise.Everyone immediately quiets down, not making any noise, at Wu Ye's orders and they didn't even dare to breathe loudly. Shang Xue's father has always hoped that his daughter would become a dignified young lady but to one’s surprise, his daughter is the exact opposite and is a barbarous and rowdy girl instead. Just when Shang Xue is getting a scolding from his father, her stepmother Jie Mei comes over carrying to tubs of popcorn. The moment that she sees her husband, she doesn't care if he is happy or angry or just happily exclaims, “Xiao Wu Wu, are you watching the basketball game with us? That's great!”, which causes the serious atmosphere to disappear.The stern expression to Yi Quan Wu's face vanishes as he hastily tells Shang Xue to keep her noise down, allowing her to watch the game while he dashes back into his room. The game has finally started. Shang Xue watches Ruo He on the television screen and shouts loudly, “Ruo He, you better win the match and get the 10th consecutive year championship for Dong Shang; otherwise, I won't let you off so easily!”The match begins. To Ruo He, today is not his lucky day at all. NO! It should be said from the moment that he almost knocked down by the girl dressed in white, everything has going wrong. First, it was getting a flat tire on his car which caused him to be late at the game now, that he has to go out to the court, he discoversthat there is a large hole in his bag and that is his basketball shoes are missing. Fortunately Zhe Kai has an extra pair of shoes for backup. Yet, wearing a pair of shoes one size is to small would no doubt affect his movements while he is playing.However, even with ignoring the pain in his feet, Ruo He tries his best to play up to his normal standards. But just when he is about to shoot the most crucial ball into the basket, he is struct by his opponent, Roma's elbow and Ruo He falls into the ground. In a standard basketball match, this sneak attack will normally be called a foul but with a street basketball match, there are no such rules. Ruo He caused Dong Shang to lose the match. Lost the glory of winning Lan De for nine consecutive years in a row as well as this sacred place, the 13th StreetIn front of the television, Shang Xue, who had fervently hoped that Dong Shang would be able to get the rights to the 13th Street Basketball Court for the 10th times, could not believed that Shen Ruo He, being the leader of trio, could have made such a stupid mistake. He should be dragged out and have his body chopped up into pieces. Along with Zi Cong, she runs over to the 13th Street Basketball Court to get revenge on Ruo He.However, Ruo He mistakes her for being another one of those crazy fans and says to her, “If you want to criticized me, wait until you become a student of Dong Shang School first.! Otherwise, mind your own business!”  Furious Shang Xue decides to transfer to Dong Shang School, and get justice from Ruo He from destroying her image of Dong Shang. She is going to use street basketball to punish the obnoxious Shen Ruo He. Zi Cong who regards protecting Shang Xue as his-life mission, at the moment when she when she needs support the most, he would naturally stand by her side and not let Ruo He bully her. This knight in shining armor, who has given all the feelings in his heart to Shang Xue, decides to confront his great opponent ever, Shen Ruo He. Ruo He then successfully gets out of his arranged, his father's company is saved by Shang Xue's father, and he proposes to Shang Xue in the end where Yi Shang Xue's family and Ruo He's family along with them lives happily ever after."-Originated in Rizal, Philippines-
