The Power Of A Single Lighting Strike

You were a storm,

You walked with a swagger,

A tough facade of confidence of which over glowed your stupefying insecurities

Barely no one noticed your small bared teeth as a threat

But the smallest glance sent a thousand fearsome quivers ricocheting through my mind

I thought of nothing else, worried over nothing else than your little lies and petty rumours.

You were a storm,

Your fought with thunder,

You shouted with the pelting of rain,

And screamed off the rooftops with howling wind.

Snow oozed from your cold, dark eyes like America's worst winter.

And hail spat from your repulsive words.

All it took to quieten the storm of yours was the power of a lightning strike,

I brought a hush, a silence, with a single scream, a single wail, I took away every

Inch of your storm. I dampened the noise of every component of your storm.

I was finally heard over the wailing, the screaming, the hail and wind;

With the power of a single lightning strike.
