"T-Tsunayoshi-kun...""Hello, Nono-san." His tone was cool and formal, yet his posture was relaxed. Nono sighed in slight relief, knowing full well that he was lucky that one of the ...better possible scenarios played out.
He didn't want to fight his surrogate grandson. Plus, he was already riddled with so much guilt.
"I'm sor-" "...Spare me from the apologies. I may have agreed to let go but it doesn't mean I'll forgive you that easily. Just do what you have to do and leave."
Nono could only give a strained smile as regret filled his weary eyes. "I...understand."
He lit a single flame and approached the boy, who had promptly shut his eyes when he saw Nono's hand rise.
The voices in his head screamed at him, bitterness and poison, as well as a touch of desperateness coating their every word.

The warm flame touched the brunet's head, unsealing the flames and the room was flooded with warmth.
Nono sucked in a breath, basking in the flames' harmony.
Amber eyes flickered open, just as the door was slammed open.
Reborn had kicked open the door, and the infant's face was unmasked with an emotion so humane that even Tsuna forgot to breathe for a moment.
And so, they stared. Caramel and onyx orbs clashing together in a way that just felt right.
Then, the boy sucked in a breath and smiled, sky flames reaching out to wrap the stunned sun's flames. "Reborn, thank you." He thanked gratefully, strong as he got up from his bed and picked the baby up and trapped him into a warm hug.
Nono, sensing that his presence was no longer needed, merely chuckled softly.
Forgiveness - he'd have to earn it, but it could wait. He was sure that his grandson would want to spend time with the one person that had been there through thick and thin.
He exited quietly, taking one last look at the brunet that was clearly overjoyed and slipped the door shut.
"Reborn, I- Thank you so much." Tsuna repeated his words, feeling his eyes prick with tears of gratefulness.
Reborn said nothing at first, before hesitantly, his flames reached out and coaxed the brunet's own into a dance.
Tsuna sighed contently, before resolve glistened in his eyes and he stared into Reborn's onyx orbs.
"I...I've really hurt the others, haven't I?" He whispered. "Reborn, I want to try again. I want to actually get to know them this time."
"Well then, you can start tomorrow when Yamamoto comes over." The hitman smirked suggestively.
Tsuna blinked, before he smiled wryly, nervousness coursing through his body. "Yeah, okay."
---
Yamamoto Takeshi gulped, nervously breathing in a gulp of fresh air.
Reborn's cryptic words rang in his head, and Yamamoto frowned at the vague words.
'Come to the hospital. Your presence has been wanted.'
"Maa, no use in over-thinking..." He chuckled, rather uneasily, in an attempt to calm himself down.
The raven stood in front of the brunet's room, unsure of how the boy would react to his presence.
Well, it's now or never.
He pushed open the door, and was blown back instantly. The pressure in the room was... overwhelming. Harmony and sky flames filled the room, leaving Yamamoto with a sense of calm he hadn't felt in years.
"Tsuna..?" He barely managed to choke out, watching the boy seated on the bed, cool eyes watching the view from the window.
They turned to stare directly into Takeshi's.
"Ah, Yamamoto." The boy smiled, leaving the raven completely confused.
"A-Ah, yeah... Hi. You wanted to see me?" He felt awkward, out of place in front of his sky. The situation felt surreal as the phantom echoes of the boy's screams rang out in his head, a haunting reminder of the events that had occurred the last time he had been here.
"Yamamoto..." Tsuna frowned, sensing the rain's discomfort. "Come in, please. I want to talk to you."
There was guilt in his tone, and the raven gulped, swallowing back his discomfort in an attempt to ease the sky's obvious unease.
He entered the room, taking a seat next to Tsuna's bedside and kept a forced smile on, unsure of what to do.
Tsuna stared.
"Yamamoto, I'm... sorry."
"E-Eh?" The boy sputtered, obviously not expecting such a response.
An amused smile tugged at the brunet's lips, before it was quickly squashed down as the boy averted his gaze from hazel orbs.
"I'm sorry." Tsuna repeated, more confidently this time. "I hurt everyone, and made them feel so upset. I-I even said that I didn't want all of you and I'm so sorry because what kind of sky does that? I'm not good enough to be-...?"
"..."
"Y-Yamamoto?"
The baseball-loving teen didn't reply, merely wrapping strong arms around the weeping brunet as he smiled gently.
"Tsuna." He cut the boy's rambling off.
"No, it wasn't your fault. It was ours. We should have tried to really befriend you, and not put you on some sort of pedestal and think that you're some kind of god that can solve all our problems and-..." Yamamoto inhaled softly. "I'm sorry, Tsuna. It must have been lonely."
Caramel eyes softened, taking on a glassy look as they filled with tears. He smiled, hugging the other teen back and whispering out a shaky, "Of course, Yamamoto. Don't be silly, I forgive you."
Reborn stood at the door, silent as he watched the rain and sky harmonize. A faint smile painted on his lips, he grasped at his own pacifier.
