I feel like when something happens I bounce back pretty fast but I still harbor issues from those experiences, I go through stages, the sad phase, the anxiety phase, the angry phase and I'll stay in that one for about a month and then I'll be over it. But this time I think I'm going through those stages faster than normal and I'm glad for that
