Thank you guys so much for reading Sold! When I first started this I honestly didn't think anything would happen with it. When I was a kid, I used to write the beginnings of stories and never finish them and I feared the same would happen to this story, but it didn't! It didn't start the way any normal love story starts. It didn't start with seeing each other across the classroom and instantly being captivated by each other. It started with broken hearts and everything ended before it even began.
The first day we talked, we were fourteen. It was the end of eighth grade and before that, I'd never really noticed him before. Sure, we went to the same church and we used to play soccer together when we were little, but we never talked. The only reason I even remember him is because of his curly, blond hair.
I thought he was weird and we never talked until that fateful day, March 7, 2016, where it all began with a game of tag.
