REBECCA'S POV :

My head hurt cause i didnt sleep well images of Teddy and mr sinister cane infront of my eyes whenever i closed them or trying to sleep i ended up staring at the ceiling and wondering how can someone love me? Were they both serious about marrying me? Who would like to spend the rest of their lives with a girl like me ....?

I glanced at the alarm ringing i sighed and got up stretching lazily i yawned and threw the covers and hopped down the bed i made my bed and smiled

Flashback

"good morning princess rise and shine " said dad and i smiled lazily and got up" dad why do we have to wake up? " i asked him rubbing my right eye  " breakfast is ready" shouted mom from downstairs i looked up at dad "because we don't want to be killed by your Godzilla mom" he whispered and I laughed dad left with a wink I quickly brushed my teeth and took a warm shower

Got dressed for my college leaving mattress half on the floor and half on the bed I got down and we all sat on the table "get up early Rebecca you must learn to wake up by your own" she said in as a dictator I stopped chewing my fruit loops and looked at dad he stopped eating his French toast

"Its OK honey she will learn one day" I sighed in relief "and what if she doesn't?" She asked in a challenging tone "then  before I get married I will tell my fiancé to take the pledge of my waking me up everyday" I said with a smile on my face dad gave me a thumbs up and I grinned more

"What about your bed?who's gonna make your bed young lady?did u make it now before coming downstairs?" Mom said crossing her arms on her chest "no mom I didn't make my bed because I am too lazy for that ...." Before I could finish dad kept his glass of orange juice on the table and said "and honey don't you worry about her future she will find a man who's gonna be so rich that his mansion will be filled with maids who would do all her work isn't it princess?" Said dad winning the convoy

"Exactly" I said blowing a kiss in the air to dad and I got up and bend and hugged my mom "don't worry much mom bye I love you" and she kissed the back of my palm I walked towards dad who got up to put his and my plate in the dishwasher I hugged him from behind "love you my hero" I said and he turned to kiss on the top of my head I fixed the knot of his tie

Mom smiled at our 'dad and daughter thing' "byeee" I said grabbing my bag "be careful baby" said mom in the background

End of flashback

Some wounds won't heal they will be with you through out your life said my mind I went to wake up Jeremy we both showered and got dressed and ate breakfast then I packed his lunch and gave him a goodbye kiss on the cheek when his bus arrived

"Take care honey" I waved at him "bye aunty ,bye Jeremy's mommy" his friends waved at me and I waved back and grinned I walked to the office and wore my apron

Lilly was busy whispering "I am at work,love you blah blah" to her phone I rolled my eyes and made coffees and my day got a kick start I walked and serves coffees and had a lil chit chat like

"Hey how's your son?"

"He's fine and how's your husband?"

"Hey Rebecca its my birthday today and we all are going for some drinks wanna join?"

"Oh no thanks but hey happy birthday"

Lastly it was Mr Barney's office I knocked "come in" said Mr barney

I pushed the door open "hello Rebecca how are you?" He asked his eyes dancing with excitement

"I am fine oh look what I got for you? It's a red velvet cupcake and that too sugar free"

"Thankyou" he said and as I turned to leave my eyes met with HIM..

"Hello miss Wilson looks like you haven't thought about what I said you last night" beep beep my heartbeat stopped
