Protective Connor X Reader

We walked into the crime scene. We mean Conner and me. I was placed with Conner while Hank was Drunk.

I kinda grown attached to Connor. With Hank getting drunk almost every day, I was with Connor all the time. Hell, he sometimes stayed at my house. The company didn't want him locked in all night.

Tonight he is at mine again.

"No Andr—"

"He's with me," I said

"Oh sorry," The police member said

Connor walked over to me and we made our way inside.

"The body was found by a child when they came home from school," Gavin said

I nodded and let Connor do his thing.

"Please warn me when you lick the blood," I said to Connor

He nodded

I kneeled to examine the body

"Ah, (Y/N), How are you?" Gavin asked

"I'm alright, How about you," I said, studying the body

"I'm good, How about we go out for a drink tonight? I mean we are off work tomorrow," Gavin asked

"I'm sorry but I'm busy tonight," I responded

"(Y/N)?" I heard Connor

"Yes, Connor?" I responded, getting up

"(Y/N)! I'm trying to talk to you!" Gavin exclaimed

"Gavin! Shut it, I already told you no," I said, I can't let Connor be deemed as a Deviant, "He's been ordered by Hank to protect me if anything seems threatening," I have to cover, "So you know how this seems, s

Gavin just walked away.

"Thank you, but why did you lie?" He asked

"I'm only gonna say this once," I'm gonna regret this, "I love you,"

He stayed silent.

He grabbed my hand and led me to the kitchen. It was empty.

"I have located the Deviant," He said

"Where are they?" I asked

"Upstairs in the bedroom," He responded

"Let's go," I said

I walked up the stairs first, once up I found the bedroom.

I knocked the door, "Open up, This is the police!"

There were loud footsteps followed by the door unlocking, the footsteps happened again.

"Come in," The voice said

I opened the door and before I could do anything, a gunshot was heard followed by Connor falling to the ground.

Time Skip

I was at home spinning in my chair, I felt so bad for that happening to Connor. 

"It was my fault," I thought aloud

I picked up a small knife...

One for one accident

"Please do not do that," A voice spoke

Voice of reason sounds like Connor

As I spun, I saw a figure in the doorway. I stopped, Connor?

He walked over and took the knife and placed it on the desk.

"Why?" He asked

"How?" I asked back

"You answer me first," I said

"One cut per accident," I replied, "Now... How much do you remember from the last Connor?"

"This much," He walked over and Kissed me

I kissed back

"I couldn't do it at work, everyone was there," He said

"One more question," I said, "How did you get in?" 

"You left your window unlocked," he replied

Now I'm more confused, My windows are three inches by ten... How did he fit... How did he get to the roof... What?
