Finding New Hope

Daryl: You been keeping up on teaching Carl his self-defense and you even got Sofia in on it until Carol pulled her away, which didn't end will Sofia ended up going missing and got bite and turned. And Rick had to shot her. A while later you all had to leave the Greene's farm because it got overrun by zombies now you all are heading away from that, hopefully you all can find somewhere safe again real soon. Daryl has been watching you very close and it's getting on your nerves, so one night by the campfire you two are the only ones up, everyone else went to sleep you ask him "what's going on? and he can't say anything and  he just looks at you with his goofy smile, so you just shake your head and go back to watching. He looks at you "Carol and I was a mistake (Y/N) and I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings I didn't mean too, you are the only one here that cares for me and I fucked that up and if I could take it back with her I would, but I can't" as you look up at him "Daryl listen to me very careful i care for you but I can't be around you like before, I deal with it when we have to but you hurt me deep" as he nods his head as he looks down "I know and I'll make it better over time I promise you that whatever I have to do, I'll do it just give me the chance please? As you nod your head and smile softly. 

Shane: you all had to leave the farm because it got overrun with zombies and now you are looking for another safe place to stay, you, Beth and Daryl are on-watch most nights and normally Beth falls asleep first and Daryl goes out and makes sure no zombies are getting close to the camp we set-up, so you are left alone by the fire and you don't mind you keep watch and then when you can you write in your notebook, it helps you with everything that has been going on. Tonight Shane takes Beth's turn and Daryl goes off and does his normal thing leaving you and Shane alone, he is watching you closely and so you look at him "care to explain why you are looking at me like that Shane? As he smiles and doesn't say anything right away, then finally says "I know your been avoiding me and I know why, you find out about the kiss between me and Lori right? As you look at him and say "yes I did and don't worry I haven't told my dad yet Shane and I won't" as he moves closer to you "she kissed me and I didn't kiss back I promise, you are the only one I want (Y/N) you got to believe me" as you shake your head "I don't know what to believe Shane" as you go back to watching  and he says "I'll prove to you that it's you somehow" as you hear him and smile.
