Doofus : You call him this because you both can be so dumb and weird when around each other but does some really dumb things. So whenever he does you call him Doofus and it just stuck with him.

Dummy : Once you asked Louie if he had any siblings and you were hanging out with Huey, Dewey, Webby, and Louie. So they all looked at you and it took you a second to figure it out and you all laughed. After that he called you Dummy and he just kept calling you it.
Huey's;
Huester : You just called him this once and you liked it so it stuck with him.

Rookie : He calls you this because you joined the Junior Woodchucks after him and he showed you the ropes. So you're the 'rookie'.
Dewey's;
Peaches : He always gets embarrassed when you call him this, so you do because it annoys him.

Pumpkin : He says you look like a pumpkin. You didn't know whether to take it as a compliment or an insult so you just shrugged it off.

Kid : you call her this because she seemed like a normal kid when you met her but she really wasn't so calling her Kid was kinda just normal for you.

Best Friend : She calls you this because she considers you her first best friend before Louie, Dewey, and Huey because you guys connect on a deeper level. And she's just really happy to have you as her friend and calling you that just reminds her that.
