"oh hell, let's go for a ride." liz suggested.

everyone was on their phones, texting each other, giggling, laughing at stupid things.

"guys. guys. guyssss!" liz exclaimed, gaining everyone's attention.

"what?" an'ya asked, not hearing anything liz said.

"let's going for a drive." she repeated.

"okay.. why now?" wyatt asked.

"because i feel like it." she said, turning to face chosen.

"you're driving?" she said, more like a suggestion.

"it's getting dark and i can't see that good at night.." he said, scratching the back of his neck.

with a lot of convincing from liz, mick, and cassie, everyone agreeing to the idea, they were off.

"guys, be quiet! i can't focus on the road with your bickering." the driver, jacobs, had said, trying his best to focus on the road in front of him.

cassie was in the passenger seat,
liz was in the back back,
finn was next to liz,
sadie was next to finn,
squished next to her was caleb,
maia was in the first backseats,
jaeden was next to her,
mickey was next to him,
and next to her was wyatt.

a damn packed car.

caleb and wyatt had volunteered to sit in the trunk but chosen didn't want to get a ticket for their irresponsible asses.

a few people laughing.

"oh, sorry, i didn't see you there, chosen, i thought you bailed on us and a ghost was driving."

chosens nostrils flared, his knuckles white from clutching the steering wheel so tight.

as a joke, to try to scare them, he swerved the wheel, going off the lane.

the girls shrieked, the boys chuckling.

it was a stupid decision.

they were turning on a sharp turn.

the car went tumbling, finally coming to a stop.

mostly everyone was okay, one person dead.
