You hummed, taking a bite on your sandwich.

"How about your mother?"

You paused, but then continues eating the sandwich.

"She passed away a long time ago."

Baldi is surprised by this. You can feel a sudden sad aura from him.

"I'm..Sorry to hear that.."

You smiled a bit. Sighing as you took a last bite out of your sandiwch.

"It's alright, Sir Baldi. There's no need to be sad."

"But (Y/N)-...*sigh* You're a strong girl y'know?"

He said, patting your back.

You look at him and smile.

"Say (Y/N)..Do you think that your father cares about you?"

Without thinking much, you say;

"Not even a bit. Why is that?"

"Well..I'm thinking.."

You cocked your head in confusement.

"Thinking about what?"

"Well..Would you like it if I take you as my daughter? I mean-- I want to--"

He didn't get to finisj his sentence as you hugged him tightly. Your eyes began to tear up once more.

"I would love to Sir.."

He hugs you back, smiling.

"Thank you so much.."

"You are very welcome (Y/N)."

"Now, now, there's no need to cry. Where's the happy (Y/N) with a smile on her face?"

He said as he lifts your face up to meet his smile and wipe your tears away.

You did as what he wanted, and earned a bright smile from him.

"There you go!"
