I can't see it working out, but they both have crushes on Deku. Toga requires a certain taste (what is it? redvelvet? Vanilla with...Ginger? A normal cake but with something in it? what could it- Oh my turn-ups it's blood, there is blood in my cake). SO it's hard to ship her.
