Papa brought me here at the library and told me to sty here for a while until he comes back. He said he will settle things first with Reizs
And I thought he told him to leave, now he wants to settle things with him
*sigh* Is this some sort of punishment for me or what? I just sat at the couch here and read some books
It hasn't been 5minutes yet when the door opens. I thought it was Papa, but the door reveals Caly and Kuya Lulu
"Hey Cha" Caly and seats beside me
"Hey, what are you two doing here?"
"I was worried about you on what happened at the living room, so I decided to visit"
I look at Kuya Lulu who is seating comfortably and reading a magazine infront of me
He notice I was staring and gets what I'm trying to imply
"I just followed her, and nothing else" he said playfully
*sigh*
"Y-You know Cha, dad seems like he is just trying to look cool in front of you, that's why he did that. B-but he really likes Reizser you know, he really likes him" sha said trying to comfort me
"*chuckles* Thanks" I said. She smiles brightly, but I already know the outcome of this so I won't be expecting something
"Ehem" I look at Kuya Lulu who just stands up and is like coughing
"My dear cousin, Charles Teddie Bryant. Looking at you, you are anxious between those two, after all they are the Boss of their clan and are mortal enemys since from the very first generation of our family. But no matter what kind of obstacle Uncle do, I'm sure Rei would pass them all. He is Knights' Mafia Boss you know" He said smiling "so have a little faith on him. He never backs out on a challenge given to him" and left as soon as he finishes what he said
Caly and I were left dumbfounded, after a few seconds we started laughing. So he came all the way here to say those
Papa came back after 20minutes and told me that he gave Reizs a chanve to prove himself that he is worth to be my husband and will only accept our marraige
Caly and I both jump with joy and spins around the library
"Thanks Papa. I love you" I said and hugs me
"For my daughters, I will do anything to protect your smile. But if that boy hurt ylu and make you cry, I will not hesitate to kill him" he said with a serious face "Just kidding. I know he will protect and treasure you, but that doesn't mean I already acknowledge him. He still need to show me his worth as a man and as your future husband"
He looks at me in the eyes, smiling. I smiled back and hugs him tighter
Caly joins in and hugs Papa "Also to you to Calypso. If there is a man bugging you tell me immediately, I will show no mercy"
Caly strongly denies and made a statement that she will not marry someone and would live her whole life being single
Kuya Al, Kuya Lulu and Vince bragged in and make fun of Caly
We all just laugh it off. The day of Uncle-dad and Kuya Jass' burial ended with a laugh in our face
We laugh to hide away the sadness. We cry to show them that we have feelings. To laugh and to cry only proves that we are still humans hiding behind the mask
A lot happen so fasr. Many things and events occur unexpectedly without us noticing- in the past. But now, we are moving forward and facing the future
6 years later~

The girls are helping me in the dressing room to get dress up

"Looks like the guys are much more excited than the bride" Caly
"I agree. They've been walking and walking, back and fort outside" Rinoa
"Then why don't we finish this up and go outside" I said and steps out of the dressing room

By the way, Calypso is now the new Earl of Newkings Mafia. Papa had a hard time deciding which one of us would inherit his position, but then he finally make up his mind and chooses Caly
Well I'm not against it also, in fact I'm much more relieved that Papa choose Caly. I don't like to take care of two organization at the same time, it's stressful and I'm a bit lazy
"You ladies seems to be having fun. Mind if I join your conversation?" It was Kuya Lulu. He and Vincent are the ones guiding us up to the church
"No. That won't be fun anymore" Ate Steph. Kuya pouted and stomps his feet like a child. I find him cute there
"A 30 year old man still acting like a child" Vincent said as soon as he came out of the car
"Age is only a number, being young is a choice grandpa Vince" and they started teasing and arguing again. It's their daily routine
"I'm sorry to interrupt your tease and argue routine but it is almost time" Regis said, he is the one who will drive me to the place
We ride the car quickly and starts driving. I had a lot of boycot, they are Papa and Reizs' order so that I can safely arrive at the place
"We have arrive Ms. Charles" Regis said and stops the car
I was startled when the door opens "Ya-Ho Charles, ganda natin" It was Jedorique, he was the one that opens the door
He offers his hand. I smiled at him and take his hand as he help me get out of the car
I look around and saw a lot more men guarding around the church
"In case lang na may magtangka Cha. Alam mo naman si Rei, nagka-trauma sa nangyari" he whispered
I was able to recover my memories for the past 4 years, with the help of my treatment
I just laugh and walks all the way up to the entrance. Jedorique is helping me with my steps as I climb up since I can't see mg footing
As we reach the giant door, Jedorique left me and lined up in front with Rinoa
Papa and Caly stands beside me as they are the one who will walk me down the aisle
"I heard the music starts so as the procession. One by one they enter the big hall and are getting lesser
I squeeze Papa's arm as it will be our turn to walk. He held my hand "Everything's fine. Your Papa and sister is with you" he said smiling. I look at Caly beside and gave me a thumbs up
I felt relieve as they are with me
"Let's go" he said and we started walking slowly as we enter the church
