Wonder at the peace that fills you when you sleep,
Wonder at the calm that brings you all you keep;
Wonder at the tranquillity that surrounds you today,
Wonder at the serenity that around you is arrayed.
Marvel at the composure that you feel under your skin,
Marvel at the quietude , away from life's loud din;
Marvel at the stillness that makes you feel strong,
Marvel at the harmony, making you feel you belong.
