Cordelia was still holding Chrom's hand to her chest. "Why the sudden Gift?" She teased him in a playful manner, smiling at Chrom. "It's just a flower Cordy!" Chrom teased her back just as playfully. "Yes but it's beautiful Chrom, what did I do to deserve it?" Chrom smiled at her, his eyes glistened under the sun's rays. "That's how I feel about you, Cordelia. You're so beautiful and I don't know what I did to deserve you.." Chrom stroked her cheek with his free hand. "My point is Cordelia.. I love you."
Cordelia's face became a faint crimson shade. "Oh Chrom! I love you too!" She let go of his hand and wrapped her arms around him, hugging him lightly. She let out a sigh of joy. "I just never knew how to say it, when the time would come to say it, or even what to say.." she stated. Chrom embraced her gently. "Well now I know how you feel, and you know how I feel as well, there's no reason to hide it anymore." He held her closely, as he rested his head on her shoulder. As they pulled away from the hug, their sight locked onto each other's eyes.
