"ASH!!!" i called out into the dark and long hallway, my feet ached from running but i knew my energy was too low to even consider flying "OLD CHILD!!!"

and then i saw the door leading towards where the eves were supposed to be, the ache from my legs suddenly disappeared, and i increased my speed
once i was infront of the door i quickly slammed it opened "ASH!!! LAW—"
the scene made my body froze, the horror i felt increased as i felt bile raised to my throat. i could feel a small shaky breath escaped my lips and only then did i realized i was holdingmy breath
it was trully frightening
i could see the red blood that decorated the floor, the amount of it made it seemed like a puddles were on the ground, the smell of it caused my head to throb
the bullets and shards of glass on the floor were decorated with crimson
and what was most horrific, was the sight of the servamps along with the corpse of their eves
the moment lawless raised his head slowly and his crimson eyes that was filled with so much sorrow, devastation,anger and bloodthirst met my green eyes i knew that they had lost everything
before i could utter another word, a low animalistic growl came from lawless
and then he lunged towards me with a killer intent, i could hear wrath along with the other ghouls calling out to lawless, but he didn't seem to have heard them
before his hands were wrapped tightly around my neck he screamed "YOU PROMISED US THEY WOULD BE SAFE!!!"

taiyo gasped as he shot up from his bed, his hands grasping his neck. his eyes were opened wide as he scan around the room, he relaxed when he realized it was only a dream
"aawww~ are you still having flashbacks about that day?" taiyo shivered when he remembers the voice, a voice he had once trusted
it wasn't his fault that he kept on remembering that day
many humans had died that day, it was the day that humanity truly saw what the vampires were capable of.
