A/N- I'm going to say this now this chapter has some sad things happen to Bella also shocking news that will come to the family. There will also be Grey's Anatomy references 😊.

Bella's POV
Family vacations don't come often in this family with both my mom and dad having a busy schedule the only times we can actually have a vacation is when the show is on hiatus. Spring Break is the best week of my life because there is no school or dance, it's a week of relaxation. For this spring break our family took a mini road trip to Seattle being really close to Vancouver. We visited the landmark attraction including the famous Space Needle, but every vacation had to sadly come to an end. Ryan and I were in one car while my Mom, Fred, Sammy, and the boys where in another and my Dad, Tanya, Flynn, and Leo where in the last. As usual driving back to Vancouver was rainy. The music was blasting throughout the car trying to tune out the noise of the rain splashing on the windows. Driving in the rain is harder because you can't really see the road very clearly nothing can prepare for what was about to happen. With no time to react a car came crashing into me. Time stopped the glass shattered on the windows my whole world went black. I couldn't see anything, but I could hear everything. I was able to hear police and ambulance sirens. People were talking but I couldn't make out the words. I felt somebody arm wrap around me and pull me out. I heard my moms screams but couldn't make out the words the only thing I hear was Seattle Grace Hospital.

Lana's POV
"Somebody call 9-1-1" I was crying hysterically my baby girl was in a car accident. Fred tried holding me back while the officers tried freeing her from her wreckage and placing her on a stretcher. "She is going to Seattle Grace Hospital" one of the paramedics said. I hopped in the truck while the other followed behind us in the car. The whole ride there I held her hand.

The ambulance stopped and two doctors opened the truck.

"What do we have here?" a doctor says as she approaches the truck.

"Isabella Parrilla-Maguire, 16, was in a car accident possible head trauma, needs stitches on her forehead and patient has swollen ankle." the paramedic said as they were rolling her into the hospital.

"Ok put her in Trauma 1, and stitch up her wounds and rush her to radiology for a MRI and CT and wrap her ankle." one of the doctors helping her said.

One of the doctors assisting came up to me and explained to me what was going on. I was able to go to Fred and Sean who were worried sick about Bella.

"Bella has head trauma they were getting an MRI and CT. She also had to get stitches, and a sprained ankle. They will come and get us after she is done with her tests."

"Oh God how did this happen" Sean said as he sat down in a chair trying to comprehend what just happened to our daughter.

After 2 hours of constant waiting a nurse comes out
"Family of Isabella Parrilla" she asks all of us stand up. She looks up from her clipboard and looks at the amount of people that we were "Ok...well I'm only allowed 4 people in the room do so the 4 adults come with me" she said. Tanya stayed to watch over the kids and Ryan came with us, he only had minor injuries. She brought us to the room where Bella was the nurse told us that she was awake and asking for us. When we walked in she looked at all of us she had stitches along her forehead and face. The nurse said that doctor will be in shortly. After about 10 minutes of waiting a tall man with light brown hair walks in with a young girl who has blue eyes and light brown hair.

"Hello, I'm Dr. Shepherd and this is Dr. Grey" he says mentioning to the young girl.

"Okay Mr. and Mrs. Parrilla we ran an MRI and CT scan on your daughter and she has what is called Hydrocephalus."
