》review: The first line was specific and straight to the point which caught my interest all within one simple sentence full of seven words. Not only did she wring my attention around her pinky finger, but she dove into a backstory behind the hook and left us dying for more (see what I did there).
Using her brilliant diction, Lucy takes you and throws you on a rollercoaster of humor. I'm serious when I say that most books with humor are normally cringe, but this wasn't. I actually gave a laugh here and there. Especially at the chapter titles, they give you that sense of "What the hell?" Then "ohh" that makes sense. It reminded me of the humor in PJO somewhat, which is a GREAT thing. I adored the humor in this book and I know you will too!
