when I was in 5th grade, i was bullied. once, my mom was taking me home from school at lunch, and she asked who my bully was in the line of kids about to go to recess. i pointed to my bully, and she made a 'cutthroat' motion with her hand to him. i just figured out that my mom had to have a meeting with the principal about it :)
