I feel like I have depression
I'm always feeling so sad
But I feel like you don't even know
My feelings all bottled up
So I don't say something stupid
I'm depressed because I try so hard
I get a thank you for simple things
But I don't get a thank you for being by your side
Working so hard for acceptance
Is why I'm depressed
