Till Darkness Do Us Part

Spreading mercilessly,
Like a disease.
Leaving us hopeless,
Leaving us frightened in our own skin.
No going back now,
Trapped in your worst nightmare.
What is it you ask,
The darkness that will last till it do us part.
Nowhere to go,
Surrounded by our fears.
Trembling till you feel so lifeless within,
Left to figure it out all on your own.
Running for dear life its so close,
Praying it wont reach you.
Finally the darkness reaches you telling you its your time to go,
Till darkness do us part.

That is one of my actual poems called "till darkness do us part" and it is just about how I feel the vast majority of the time.
