"Doctor!" Josh cried as he ran down the hall.
"Sir, what is it?"
"You guys got it all wrong."
The doctor looked at Josh; confused.
"What do you mean?"
"How can Tyler have a brain contusion when he doesn't speak at all?"
"I-I don't know, what do you mean he doesn't speak?"
"Tyler has been silent all his life. He's too afraid to talk. I know Tyler didn't hit his head hard enough to severely injure it."
Josh and the doctor walked back into Tyler's room.
"How are you feeling Tyler?"
Tyler whispered into Josh's ear. Then Josh repeated what he said.
"He said he feels good."
The doctor checked where Tyler's hit his head. All he saw was a huge red cut.
"Josh is right. Although you did lose a lot of blood, you're lucky to be alive."
Tyler squeezed my hand and smiled at Josh.
Josh smiled in awe.
