Sam & Cat & the Haunted Thundermans: The Dark Twister
Chapter Twenty-One: Who Are You!?!?
Phoebe Thunderman POV
I slowly fluttered my eyes open, as my surroundings became visible to me. I began to look around. I was in a huge lair with about fifty computers, twenty rockets, several weapons that I didn't know the names of, several gadgets that I didn't know the names of, stacks of dark-green bins, large, black drawers, and a silver panel filled with several buttons. I had passed out earlier from all of the dizziness from the kidnapper swinging me around in that burlap sack. How come my thundersense didn't go off right before I got kidnapped!?!? My thundersnese always go off right before something bad happens! I then looked down to see that I was strapped to a large, silver platform. I struggled to escape from the heavy, metal straps that were holding me down. There were four of them. One was holding me down by my chest, one was holding me down by my hands, one was holding me down by me down by my legs, and one was holding me down by my feet. It was no use; I couldn't escape. I turned my head to the left to see that Carly and Nevel were also strapped to silver platforms, like how I was. Like me, they were also struggling to break free. I then turned my head to the left to see that Max was strapped to a silver platform, like the rest of us. He was also trying to break free.
"WHO THE HECK DID THIS TO US!?!?" I shouted.
"I DON'T KNOW, BUT WHOEVER DID IS GONNA RUE THIS DAY!!!" Nevel shouted, "THEY'RE GONNA RUE IT!!!"
I scrunched up my nose and squinted at Nevel. "Rue!?!?"
"It's just a word that he says a lot," Carly told me.
"Yeah, it's kind of like my own personal catch phrase!" Nevel told me.
"What does it mean?" Max asked.
Nevel rolled his eyes at Max and sighed. "It means that you'll regret something that you did. Just like the people who kidnapped us are going to regret that the ever did this to us. That's why I said that they will rue this day."
"Oh."
"We need to get out of here!" I told everybody.
"Yeah, I'm pretty sure that we're all on the same page here!" Carly told me.
"Ok. So, what's the plan?" Max asked us.
"You already know the plan, Max!" I exclaimed.
Max scrunched up his nose and squinted at me. "Wait, I do?"
I then raised one eyebrow.
Now realizing what I had meant, Max mouthed the word, "Oh."
"What's your plan, Phoebe?" Carly asked me.
"Yeah, and why do only you and Max know it?" Nevel asked, "I demand to to know this plan of yours."
Max and I both nervously looked at each other.
"Well, come on," Nevel said, getting a bit impatient that we weren't telling him our plan, "Spit it out."
"What you are about to see, you can tell nobody about it!" Max told Carly and Nevel, "Our whole entire family will be in a whole entire trouble!"
"Whatever your secret is, it's safe with me!" Carly told Max and I.
"Ok, good," I sighed, "How about you, Nevel?"
Nevel thought for a moment. "I won't tell anybody your little secret, but on one condition!"
"Uggh, what do you want?"
"Max, I want one of those rockets that you were talking about earlier!"
"Deal!" Max and I agreed.
