A head Canon is a writing promt you see somewhere and you want to write. Example: Klance Keith and lance talk to each other through their lions all the time because of their telepathic link. (I created it, and it's stupid sorry.) You use the headcanon you should give credit (or if you don't know just say so) to the person who came up with it. With headcanons you can be creative with a promt to guide you. Headcanons are the best for first time writing a fanfiction.
