Macks POV

I stood there in my towel. Staring at Greyson like a lost puppy.

Snap outa it!

I shook my head and turned and walked to my room

Saying nothing

What am I going to do? I caused so much

I picked up my phone and texted Brennen

Mack I don't know what to do
Mack You're the one I always talk to about my problems

Brother<3 You can't do anything.
Mack But it's my fault
Brother<3 It's Greysons fault. He could've stopped it.
Mack It's not his fault! He isn't my guard! I was just being irresponsible! You can't be mad at him

Greysons POV

Brennen Sorry for hitting you...
Grey the Great It's cool dude. I know I messed up at the club.
Brennen It's not your fault.
Grey the Great Isn't it? Idk dude I might stay somewhere else for a couple days...
Brennen It's up to you. But I don't think it's your fault.

I closed my phone and walked to Macks room.

I don't know what to say to her. She probably hates me and I can't lose her.

I stood at her door, looking down at the door knob.

For focusing too much on Reagan

For not watching after you

For finding a girlfriend after kissing you...

For still liking you...

For making you hate me...

Just then, my phone started to buzz

"Reagan💘" popped up on the screen

I locked my phone.

*knock knock knock*

"Yeah? Come in" I heard her voice say

I opened the door and saw her laying in bed, her back facing me. It was dark, lights were off and her curtains were all shut

"Mack... You okay?"

Macks POV

"Mack... You okay?" I heard Greysons voice ask

I quickly turned around. He was standing in the doorway, he seemed more like a shadow with the light shining on his back.

I got up and quickly walked to him.

I pulled him into my room, shutting the door behind him.

I gave him a big hug and put my head onto his shoulder. He hugged me back and then I pulled away. I took a step back and looked at his face.

Brennen did some damage...

I put my finger up to his cheekbone, where there was a dark circle.

"I'm sorry Greyson. It isn't your fault at all and Brennen needed someone to blame." I said softly

He looked so sad. It hurt my heart. I pulled him into a hug again.

It is my fault. I was stupid and got myself drugged. I got Brennen into his protective state. I caused Greyson to get hurt. I was why Jacko got left alone at the club.

Everything is my fault.

Tears started building in my eyes. One blink.

My tears fell down my face and onto Greysons shoulder. He leaned his head onto my shoulder.

I don't know who needed a hug and a shoulder to lean on, him or me, maybe both

"I'm sorry Mack" he whispered to me

"What for?" I said, trying not to make my voice sound cracky

"For dating Reagan," he admitted

"And talking so openly about her. And for making you meet her." He went on

I blinked more tears out but the wiped them away when I pushed Greyson away

"Don't be! It's fine! You like her, who am I to stand in the way?" I said trying to put on a fake smile

"You are the girl I was kissing a day before meeting her. My roommate. You're first priority, not her. I messed up..."

I'm not gonna lie, it feels nice hearing him say that... But it isn't the truth

"She's your girlfriend. She's first priority." I said, my fake smile fading

"Dammit Mack." He said turning away

"What, what's the matter Grey?"

"I'm gonna stay at a friends house for a couple days." He said opening up the door

"No Grey." I said grabbing his arm and pulling him back around

"What did I say? Talk to me please" I said looking at his face

"You make it so damn hard to stay away from you" he said, not making eye contact

"What?" I heard from behind him

He turned around and a couple feet away was Reagan

"I need a break, Mack" he said going to Reagan and hugging her

Then they walked away. Then the front door opened and shut
