"Ria! I'm so proud of you!!!" Muntik pa akong natumba dahil tumakbo siya at niyakap ako after ko bumaba ng stage.
Eksena talaga tong babaeng to hahaha. Syempre sinong hindi kikiligin sa yakap ng isang Jessey De Leon.
"Home." I whispered
"What?" At lumayo na siya sa pagkayakap sakin
"Wala. Where do you wanna eat?" I asked her at inakbayan siya.
"Dapat ikaw ang tinatanong ikaw ang graduate. My treat! I'm really proud of you as in super super super super! I know you really worked hard to earn your diploma!!!! Super super proud talaga ako sayo! You deserve everything!!" At kinurot kurot yung pisngi ko. Napatngiti nalang ako at niyakap ulit siya.
"Homeless."
"Boss what happened?" Tanong ni Ara.
"Heartless eh?" I smirked. Sanay naman na akong marinig yun. Hahahahaha coming from her? Hindi niya ba alam na siya ang dahilan why I am heartless?
"Galit lang siya boss. You know napressure. Umiyak pa nga siya eh." Sabay sandal sa table ko.

"Nevermind." At bumalik ako sa pagpipirma.
"You used to wipe those tears now you're the reason why she's crying." Napailing siya at umalis na.
Hindi ko namalayan na 8:45 na nagligpit na ako ng gamit at binuksan ang pinto. Napansin ko naman na nakaopen yung ilaw sa kabilang room. Sumilip ako and I saw Jessey na seryosong nagtratrabaho.
Bumalik ulit ako sa office ko. Hinintay ko siyang matapos dahil delikado sa daan. Humiga nalang ako sa sofa ko at nagbasa ng mga papeles. I saw Angelica's text nagsorry naman ako dahil hindi ako makapunta sa condo niya.
Napansin kong ala una ng madaling araw pero hindi pa tapos si Jessey. Sinilip ko siya at nakatulog na pala. Kinuha ko yung kumot sa office at kinumutan siya.

"Cancel the board meeting tomorrow."
"Are you out of your mind?!?! The board members are expecting results tomorrow this is a very important meeting! We might lose our investors because of this! This is the first time you're cancelling a very important board meeting!"
"I know. I just need to fix some things."
"Anong some things yan?! Ria alam mo bang yung iba ay sinundo pa ng private plane natin sa ibang bansa ang ibang board members para lang sa meeting na to tapos icacancel mo lang just because you have to fix some stupid things?!"
Napabuntong hininga naman ako at tinignan si Jessey na kalahati palang ang nagagawa sa blue print. It is my fault after all. Nasanay lang ako na mabilis gumalaw ang team ko but Jessey, she's a perfectionist kaya naman niyang gawin yung blueprint ng isang araw its just that ayaw niyang may katiting na mali. Sigurista siya she's so passionate in her work.
"I know I will just accommodate them and bring them to Batanes to tour them and we'll go back to the Metro when my business is done."
"Well whatever your fucking business is make sure it's really important because once I found out what your business is you won't like what i'll do! You're risking the family's company just because of some shit."
