: Mewtwo gently levitates towards the opponent, several Shadow Balls orbiting his body which float away from him once he waves his arm.


Offense Intro: Mewtwo teleports onto the stage, initially facing away from the opponent. After the dialogue with the enemy is exchanged, he then turns to face them and envelops himself in psychic power, waving his hand towards the foe in his iconic stance.


Ability: Trick Room - For brief periods of time, Mewtwo can activate a psychic energy around the stage, reversing the movement controls for the opponent and sabotaging any stage interactions that the opponent tries to use. These effects only last while the Trick Room is in effect, and it does not affect attack controls or stage transitions. While not in use, Trick Room slowly regenerates, and once the bar runs out it goes away until it has charge again. At a full charge and with continuous use until exhaustion, Trick Room can last for five seconds maximum. Mewtwo can move around and attack the same as normal while Trick Room is in use. Trick Room can be canceled without input animation by activating the ability again.


Super Move: Psycrush - Mewtwo flies up and unleashes a burst of psychic energy in front of him, which takes the shape of a large box. If the enemy is in the box's range, they are trapped inside of it, and Mewtwo compresses the box to begin the attack. Mewtwo creates two large Shadow Balls to the sides of the cube, slamming them into the trapped foe one after the other. Then he unleashes an intense psychokinetic wave, slamming the box with the enemy inside all across the psychic barriers surrounding them, before throwing his arms at each other, slamming the walls of the cube in on the enemy, crushing them to end the attack.

Victory Animation: Mewtwo gives a small "hmph" and turns away from the opponent, hovering in the air slightly. Then, he unleashes a psychic wave as he teleports away, leaving the rippling waves to shoot out from where he was moments ago.

Post-Round Taunts: Mewtwo spins into the air for a moment, surrounded by energy, before touching back on the ground.

Clash Victory: Mewtwo knocks the opponent back with a psychic burst before using Future Sight to cause a huge detonation of psychic energy directly in the foe's face, sending them flying.

Head:Genetic Head (Default): Balanced stats.
Armored Helmet: +20 Armor.
Shadow Mewtwo Head: -15 Armor. Increases Trick Room's recharge speed.
Shiny Head: +30 Health.



Torso:Genetic Body (Default): Balanced stats.
Armored Chestplate: +30 Armor, -10 Strength.
Shadow Mewtwo Body: +20 Strength, -10 Armor.
Shiny Body: +15 Speed, -10 Strength. Mewtwo will receive more chip damage from blocked attacks.



Arms:Genetic Arms (Default): Balanced stats.
Armored Gauntlets: +25 Strength, -5 Speed.
Shadow Mewtwo Arms: +15 Strength, +15 Speed. Mewtwo will be knocked back more by attacks.
Shiny Arms: +15 Strength. Meter burns cost half as much energy.



Legs:Genetic Legs (Default): Balanced stats.
Armored Leggings: -10 Speed. Mewtwo will be knocked back less by attacks.
Shadow Mewtwo Legs: +15 Speed, -10 Health.
Shiny Legs: +10 Speed.
