" we regret to inform you
of a tragic death

that took place yesterday, 18th of December.

a public figure, dearly loved and cherished by fans,

succumbed to
depression

and took his life

by stepping off
the roof of his thirty-storey apartment complex.

authorities found, amongst other daily household items, a letter.

it was addressed to "my light",

and read:

" though I extend my hand,
though I extend it with all my might,
I can't reach you.
I can never reach you.

you were my single light in the dark,
and when you left, my world ended.

it's finally time for me to join you.
life was never as suited for me
as death was.

goodbye."

and goodbye indeed, our long suffering star.

you were too young
for the sadness that plagued you in this world,

so may you finally find happiness in the next.
