easy ways to burn calories

chew gum like 30 minutes a day so
i burn a few extra calories, try it !!

pedaling at a moderate pace which
doesn't mean super slow just a pace
where you can feel fun and that you
are going fast. this will burn you 102
calories also invite your friends.

☞ take the stairs:
instead of being lazy and taking the
elevator, take the stairs. this will burn
you 10 calories every minute or two.

☞ laugh:
giggling is good for you and your body.
laughing for a minute burns you 1.5
calories. is a super easy way to burn
calories so go do something that will
make you laugh.

☞ beach day or pool day:
plan a pool party at someone's house
or at a public pool and go swim and
and play around and race each other.
or go surf at the beach.

☞ sleep:
always make sure to sleep 7-8 hours
or you will have the risk of developing
obesity.
