Here's a theory !
Jimin said it was jungkook. He said "jungkook." Jungkook did not respond to him.
Jungkook kept wanting to hear what Hoseok had to say.
Yoongi is nervous , he is pressured to stay on Jungkook's side because he is a VICTIM.
Now if you notice , in one of the tweets Dora tweeted , it said boots escaped.
Seokjin was in a rush when he messaged Jimin. He said he couldn't believe he was talking to him. I think because the church / cult captured him and they were looking for him. Seokjin is boots.
Yoongi kept saying sorry when some victim died by the hands of Dora or when Dora broke in Hoseok's house. And now he's saying nobody is listening to him. He KNOWS who's behind this all , he's a victim and if he wants to stay alive , he has to follow jungkook.
Back to when Jungkook wanted to hear Hoseok speak. If Jungkook really is Dora , he'd want even more information than he already has. So he can tweet about it or , even take Hoseok back.
Also , in the flashbacks , when two people were talking to each other , I believe that it was Seokjin and Yoongi. They both needed money. But somehow Jungkook got the account and is now controlling it.
Jungkook is basically the only one who uses emojis and when —I believe it was him who dm'd Dora he said "bet."— And when Taehyung said something he went "bet" again. He also mentioned being a queen. Twice. To Dora. The account was currently controlled by Seokjin and Yoongi.
Back to the controlling part. Remember the message when someone dm'd Dora for how much for Dora to notice them ? In which Yoongi / Seokjin replied for 600 dollars. And then the person messaging asked how much to get them to reveal who they are. Basically , the person messaging is Jungkook. Jungkook paid to get noticed and to have them reveal who they were. In which everything takes a huge twist and now he's controlling it.
I believe Namjoon is the cult / church. Because if this is a BTS AU , all members are included. Namjoon just disappeared after that.

Seokjin asked Yoongi (who he thought was controlling the account) if he was hacked ! Aka , why are you basically tweeting something about yourself?
And that's how Jungkook took control.
Yoongi is ignoring Jin , acting like he doesn't know him because He is being controlled by kook. If he disobeys , bad things will happen. And he wants to protect Seokjin.
