The boy has a D.I.D or a condition where you have more than one personality. It was caused by some traumas. there is an alter ego who is suicidal. the alter egos will come out if the boy is sad or feeling stressed.
I'm thinking about Jackson for this tbh. We'll have the cool Jackson, childish YangYang, and etc.. but it's all up to you.
The girl will help him to prevent any suicide attempt.
