IVE GOTTEN A LOT OF COMMENTS REGARDING HOW THE AVENGERS LOOK LIKE TEENS SO HERE IS THE ANSWER:
They have digital masks like Natasha wore in The Winter Soldier to make them look younger. They'll also have wigs on and wear clothes that make them look like teens. Steve and Thor are too built so they are teachers.

An alarm rings through the air, stopping all of the conversation instantly. A voice speaks out over the speakers,
"All Avengers report to my office to get briefed on you new mission," Fury says. Tony sighs and crosses his arms like a kid throwing a fit. Steve, like the goodie goodie he is immeaditly heads towards the elevators. Bruce follow quietly behind.
"Guys come on we have to go, we don't want to put Fury in a FURY you know how FURYous he gets," Steve says laughing to himself. Clint looks at him and shakes his head,
"Just... Just... If we go will you never say that again?" Steve, still slightly chuckling nods as the rest of the Avengers come in, besides for Natasha.
"Natasha, stop being difficult," Steve complains.
"You said GUYS, come, I'm clearly not a guy," Steve rolls his eyes, and she walks in right before the door closes. Good thing Tony made abnormally large elevators, because the all the Avengers in one normal sized elevator would suck. Absolutely suck. The elevator dings the slides open. They step out into a long and narrow hallway with large windows surrounding them. Their is a loud rumble above them and then a flash of lighting. Thor. He appears in front of the group with his hammer slung over his shoulder,
"Nick of Fury has summoned me for a mission," His voice booms causing everybody to flinch away at the loud noise. The group ignores Thor and continues down the hall way to Fury's office. Natasha pulls open the door, and they all file in. Fury is dressed in his usually outfit, eyepatch and a black trench coat, and is seated at a dark wood table big enough to fit all of the avenger and him, with a respectable distance in between each one.
"Get on with it eyepatch," Tony says as soon as everybody is seated.
"Loki has escaped from Asgard Prisons, and has returned to Earth. He transformed himself into a high school student at Midtown, and plans to conquer the world once again,"
"So you want us to barge into a high school, and try to find someone that seems to be and innocent kid?" Bucky clarifies.
"No, well yes, kind of. You are going to attend Midtown high, a school for science. Steve and Thor, it is going to be hard to disguise you as high schooler so you are going to be teachers. Steve, WWll History teacher, and Thor Norse mythology teacher. Thor, we are going to have to teach you how to be a normal American person. The rest of you will receive a file and a person in which you are playing. Natasha, you are a cheerleader, Bucky you are a football player... and don't worry we will hide your arm. Bruce and Tony you will join the decathlon team, and I also need you to act less smart. Clint you will be into art and play basketball." The groups eyes are wide and mouths are hanging open. Fury chuckles to himself and hands out the files to each Avenger.
"I AM NOT GOING TO BE A CHEERLEADER! AND I REFUSE TO ACT LIKE A NOT VERY INTELLIGENT GIRL. THAT'S SEXIST," (By the way sorry for this major stereo type cause I know that cheerleader aren't always supper girly and dumb, but I though it would be funny seeing Natasha play this). Natasha yells surprising the group. Tony laughs out loud, he can't wait to see Natasha playing her role. Then he looks down at his file and frowns. The rest of the group is still in shock.

"Obviously you friends are normal kids, but I expect that you find them and try to become their friend. Also you must not use your complete knowledge as you must achieve the GPA listed. Remember you are normal high school student. Natasha, Clint, your first day is tomorrow the rest of your first days is next week including Steve. Thor you will be starting in two weeks as you have to learn proper English first. Don't just act like your character, be your character. I expect 100 percent accuracy on your characters."

A/N I wrote a schedule for everyone just so it makes a little more sense but I may change that as I'm writing due to the plot and me messing up so sorry about that, in this book I might forget a couple things about a character character just because I made up the traits and have to have each Avenger think like themselves but act as someone else at school. Please keep reading this story! Thank you! Also lots of typos cause I wrote this in the car on the way to vacation so I also will not be updating for a while.
