Chapter 25 *Bleeding*

Riley's pov

Footsteps are heard approaching the compound, me and Elijah slinks slowly into the hallway so we can watch Dahlia enter the home, where she finds a scared Freya clutching "Hope" in the courtyard. Freya is purposely standing right in between all three of Klaus' paintings in an effort to lure Dahlia into the killing ground, but Dahlia stops right in the doorway into the room  

" I come all this way to collect what is owed to me, and whom should I find?"Dahlia said me Elijah is still hiding out of sight while still able to eavesdrop on their conversation and see most of what is happening"Auntie, please listen. I betrayed my siblings so I could procure this child."Freya said Dahlia starts to walk into the courtyard, but once again stops just short of the killing ground." I offer her to you now, and in exchange, I only ask that you release me from my obligation to you."Freya said

[Dahlia tilts her head to the side and takes notice of one of Klaus' paintings on the wall behind Freya while she considers this offer. After a moment, she starts walking closer to Freya, but still doesn't cross into the killing ground. In the shadows, 

Me and Elijah braces ourselves for a fight , elijah  grips Mikael's blade tightly in his hand

" How curious, that you should bargain with me for that which is already mine. But, by all means, make your case for why you should be freed. And then I will decide whether to release you or kill you, once and for all."Dahlia said

"You surprise me. Betraying the family you meant to coax to your side? How very ruthless of you."She contiune talking to freya" I had hoped that they would welcome me as a sister. [Dahlia nods in understanding] I was wrong."Freya said" Of course you were, you poor little fool! To think that Esther's wicked little progeny could ever care for you? They are known the world over for obscene acts of violence, and yet, you sought them out instead of staying where you belong. With me."Dahlia said Freya gulps nervously as Dahlia continues to slowly walk toward her, and tries her best to remain still to lure her into the killing ground" I offered to protect you for all time, and you left me. And now, it is you who is alone! But then--"Dahlia said " Who could love a deceitful little wretch?"Dahlia said Dahlia steps just outside of the killing ground and stops where she is, not crossing into past the front edge of the painting. 

 suddenly the enchanted golem crumbles into dust in Freya's arms, revealing to Dahlia that it was just a trap. Dahlia's face becomes enraged, and Freya, who is terrified beyond all measure, gasps and looks at Dahlia with wide, fearful eyes

"What have you done?"Dahlia said Freya, at a loss for options, grabs Dahlia and pulls her into the killing field" Elijah, NOW!"Freya yelled elijah vamp-speeds into the courtyard, with Mikael's knife in hand, but before he can reach Dahlia, Klaus tackles him and forces him to drop the blade"And so the wheel of betrayal circles 'round once more."Klaus said i saw the blade on the ground i vampsped i was about to grab it but klaus step on my hand hard i screamed in pain 

"Not so fast Riley"He said i looked up at him 

"I'll deal with you later"He said than he snaps my neck , everything went black

i woke up and stand up , i saw cami on the ground and there is a bite on her neck , and there were ashes on the ground 

and i saw Dahlia and klaus were leaving , i was a broken chair on the ground i vampsped and grabbed it leg and vampsped behind klaus and about to step him in the back he turn around fast grabbing me from my neck hard the stake fall from my hands he raise me up my feets couldnt touch the ground 

"i told you i'll deal with you later m but it seems you want it now"He said than he looked me in the eyes

"there is a broken glass behind you i want you to grab a piece and cut yourself , i want you to bleed"He compelled me than he let go of my neck i turn around i was broken glass on the ground i walked to it and grabbed a piece 

than cut my right arm blood came out i moan in pain , than i cut my left arm blood came out of it , i looked at him while my arms are bleeding tears came out from my eyes 

"i want you to bleed more"he said than i moved the glass against the throat 

"i hate you"i said than i cut my throat , i was bleeding alot the glass fall from my hand and i fall down on my knees bleeding than i fall to my back
