Later that night as Pidge is getting ready for bed there is a knock at her door.
“Who is it?” She yells as she puts on an oversized black and purple shirt
"It's me..." A voice says on the other side
"Go away Shiro," Pidge says annoyed.
"I need to talk to you!" He says crying out slightly
" Fine," she says as she opens the door. "what is it?" she asks not realizing she is just in one of Shiro's old shirts he gave her before he went missing the first time
"I um..." Shiro says blushing softly
"Well?" Katie says getting more annoyed
" Kitten when I remembered... I'm sorry. I broke it off with Allura before I even came to see you. I explained everything to her. I know I should have approached it how I talked to you differently I just missed you and... I'm sorry Kitten...so so sorry." As Shiro says this Katie's eyes start to water.
" Katie i-" But before he gets to finish she pulls him in for a hug.
"You are so stupid..." She whispers in his ear as she starts to cry
Shiro pulls away slightly, still holding her but enough to see her face "Kitten? does this mean..."
" Not yet, But maybe soon. I've missed you." She says slowly getting out of his arms. " You can sleep in here if you would like... just sleep.," she says as she lays down on her bed. Shiro climbs in next to her, wrapping his arms around her
Pidge falls asleep first, as she does she swears she hears Shiro say " I'll love you forever Kitten... no matter what" before kissing her head
