Our Life Written In Poems

Alaska

Once upon a Time there was a young man and a little Mermaid who loved each other from the bottom of their hearts.

Not a single day passed by without they saw the blue and brown eyes.

Then all of a sudden the young man had to go to Alaska with his ship and crew and he asked her if she wanna come too.

Though she couldn't go with him, 'cause she needed the warm water where she grew up...

...Then without the warmth she would die.

He hadn't thought that this is gonna turn out this way. That here is where they had to go appart.

So he asked her again and he got a sobbing answer that it wouldn't be possible for her.

Both cried, 'cause they wanted to be together forever.

Though the ship had to sail to its next freezy and cold destination.

They still cried and couldn't leave one alone.

The ship was already at the horizon and the little mermaid was left alone.

She thought that she never be able to go after him...The cold will hurt her.

Many days have passed by and she never could stop thinking about him.

Now the time had come and she was finally so sure to be true!

She had to go after him!

So without a thought she swam so fast she could.

The nearer she came to her destiny the colder it got.

She only knew the warm region, so the cold was actually something new for her.

From a far she saw a ship.

Was her love on it?

She got weaker and weaker and barely lost her ability to swim.

Though there on the front of the ship she saw a familiar young men and he had a mournful and sad look.

It was He...

...who she gave her heart to.

...who responded to her love.

...who she thought she could forever be.

So she called his name again and again.

And her physical state became more critical with each and every second.

There she was fadining away and drowning into the ice cold water.

But then something happened...

She was rescued by the one and only man who could remember her beautiful voice.

He jumped into the ice cold water and took her on board.

Though it seemed it was already to late.

Tears had left the eyes of the young men.

He couldn't believe that she he loved so much was now gone.

All of a sudden

The little mermaid was floating in to the air and around her was a lightful aura.
Then it got brighter and brighter that no one on the ship could have seen anything.

But after a while the brightness fainted and there she was...

She who was a little mermaid before... was still floating in the air with tiny light balls around her.

She who was a little mermaid before... had become a little fine lady.

The young man and the fine lady approach to one another.

He hold her on her cheeks and they both started with a neverending kiss.

Everyone on board could feel the magic between them:
