You walked through the dark hallways of the school you were trapped in, arms wrapped around yourself. You constantly looked left and right, making sure no one was following you. Sighing shakily, you ran a hand through your hair, carefully and quickly walking back to your dorm.
Four murder trials had passed, and you were growing more and more paranoid than ever. You were terrified that any moment you would die. The fact that it was down to only eight students left scared you.
After the last trial, you were scared shitless. Korekiyo had the balls to kill two people, and to think you had almost been one of them. You were glad that you hadn't joined Angie's stupid student council, but you couldn't help but feel remorse over the loss of Tenko and Angie.
People were dying left and right. Despair had slowly begun to plague your friends like a disease. Who knew how long it would be until the next murder was conducted?
You had always been a paranoid person, but you thought your paranoia started when your friends suggested that someone in the game was the mastermind behind all of this. You couldn't believe it. Your friends weren't killers.
Obviously, you were wrong.
As more and more people died, you grew more and more paranoid. There was someone behind all these murders, and it could even be your best friend that was the mastermind.
But through it all, you had someone you knew you could trust: Kokichi Ouma.
You turned the corner and let out a scream as someone jumped out in front of you. Instinctively, you fell to the ground curling up in a ball, all the while thinking I don't want to die, I don't want to die!
Laughter rang out through the halls, and when you didn't find any immense pain shooting through your body, you cautiously looked up. An outstretched hand was in front of your eyes, and you looked up to see it belonged to Kokichi Ouma.
The Ultimate Supreme Leader grinned at you, the tension in the air drifting away. "What's (Y/N)-chan doing on the ground? My girlfriend is so silly sometimes, I swear!"
Sighing in relief, you took his outstretched hand, practically throwing yourself into his embrace. He stumbled back a few steps before wrapping his arms around you, chuckling softly. You tightened your hold on him, resting your head in the crook of his neck.
"Don't do that to me again, okay?" You told him softly, your breath hot on his neck. Closing your eyes, you let out a yawn. "I thought you were coming to kill me."
Beginning to walk down the hallway, he slung an arm around your waist, your head still resting near his neck. "Why would I hurt my precious (Y/N)-chan? You're so paranoid."
Letting out another yawn, you forced your legs to walk. "I'm tired is what I am."
"You want to lay down?" Kokichi questioned, raising an eyebrow at you.
Nodding, you struggled to stay awake. "Yeah, I just...I need some sleep right now."
The two of you headed back to Kokichi's form to get some much needed sleep. You stayed close to his body, absorbing his warmth. The more warm you felt, the more tired you became, and by the time the two of you made it to his dorm, you were barely awake.
