Chapter 1

Dede's POV

"Today is gonna be a great day" I said while waking up from an amazing dream. I got up from my bed and went in the bathroom to take a shower. After I hopped out of the shower I put on my clothes and called Ari to see if her and Nene wanted to go to the mall.

"Hello" Ari said still trying to wake up from her sleep

"HEY WAKE UP" So excited for her to get up

"Dede why are you yelling and What time is it?" she asked 

"Because I'm happy, today is gonna be a great day and two its 10:00am so get up were going to the mall" I said

She laughed "Ok Dede I'll wake up Nene you get Nat then Nene and I will meet you at your house" she said

I cheered "Yay!!! Okay I'll see you in 30 minutes" 

"Ok Dede Bye" She said while laughing

After I got off the phone with Ari I left out of my room and into Nat's room right across the hall from mine

"NAT NAT WAKE UP ITS TIME TO SHOP UNTIL YOU DROP" I screamed at the top of my lungs

"Get out" she mumbled not even phased by how loud I was being

"What did you say your mumbling?" I asked scooting closer to her head that's shoved under a pillow 

She lifted her head from pillow "I said get out I don't want to go shopping today"

"Why?" I asked kinda upset

"I'm not in the mood to shop" she said looking at the ceiling 

I laid next to Nat in the bed and it looked like she's been crying "Nat what's wrong it looks like you've been crying" I said  

"I'm fine its nothing" she said, then a tear rolls down her cheek

I sat up on the bed "There is something wrong I could tell when your upset Nat and don't you dare lie to me" she sits up too 

"Dede I'm serious there is nothing wrong" she says

I sigh "OK, but still you should still come with me and the girls. I'll buy you your favorite cheer me up ice cream" I said smiling

she slightly smiled "OK I'll come.... Dede why were you yelling earlier" she asked

" Yelling like What?" I asked confused

"I don't know, but you sounded pretty happy" she said 

"Oh,  I was yelling at Ari to wake up and I have a feeling today's gonna be a great day" I said smiling

"Or the day that changes the rest of our lives" she said 

"Haha very funny Mrs. smart ass. now go and get ready Nene and Ari should be here in 25 mins"

"OK miss bossy" She got out of bed and headed to the bathroom

I honestly want this to be the best day today since the incident. A tear almost escaped my face but I blinked them away before I went downstairs into the kitchen. When I went in there I saw my dad standing there with a empty skillet. 

"Umm... dad what are you doing with an empty skillet in your hand. I don't think the food is gonna end up on the skillet by itself" I said

he turned and looked at me "Oh hey babygirl....." he trailed on 

"I can't believe my dad still calls me that. He was the only person that usually called me that, but now every one calls me it" I said thinking to myself

"Dede are you listening to me" he asked and I snapped out of my trance 

"Umm yea can you repeat it again sorry" I said smiling

"I said I was gonna make breakfast but its too late soo then I thinking about making brunch, but now that I look at you it looks like you're going somewhere" he said

I nodded "Oh yea the girls and I are gonna go to the mall to do some shopping" I said

He smiled "Oh well have fun"

I nodded "Thanks dad" I was about to walk up the stairs when my dad said...

"Wait you're not gonna eat anything before you go" When he said that I looked down at my shoes and shook my head no "Ok babygirl" he said kinda confused

After my dad said ok I ran into my room and wanted to cry but I didn't I just laid on my bed and put my ipod on blast.....
