Madi(POV)
I woke up and I looked at the time and it was 7:28. I felt the urge to throw up and so I walked to the bathroom and I bent down and started puking. I stopped and I heard Anthony walk in
A- are you ok
I stood up and wiped my mouth
M- I'm fine
I walked out and I laid back down. Anthony left and came back with a water bottle and some wet washcloths. He handed it to me and put a thermometer in my mouth
A- you have a 102 degree fever.
M- my head hurts that's all
A- you should get checked out
M- I'm fine Anthony
I yelled
A- your not fine
He yelled and my mom walked in
Mo- what's all the yelling
M- we're fine
A- she has a 102 degree fever and she won't get checked out
Mo- hunny you should get checked out
M- fine I'll get checked out but I don't want to see you there
I got up and I pushed Anthony's hand off me and I walked down with a sweatshirt and sweatpants. I got my ugg boots and I walked out. I got in the passenger seat and I waited. My mom walked out and she got in and she drove. We got to the hospital and I got out and we walked in.
Anthony(POV)
Madi left her room and I stood up.
C- I'll take her but you should be there
A- she doesn't want me there. You heard you
C- she's like that. You have to physically make her go to the hospital but in her heart she wants you there
A- ok
C- have Tyler come with
She left and I walked into Tyler's room
Madi(POV)
I've been laying in the E.R. no one has come to help me. I'm not even in my own room.
M- where's the nurses
Mo- idk
Then a nurse came and brought me to my own room. I went to the bathroom to Change into a gown and I started puking. I got down and I walked out and I laid down.
N- ok so we're going to check you out
She started checking me out and she came back.
N- ok it looks like you have the flu but we can treat it right away.
M- ok
They started treating me and they were pumping fluids in me and Anthony walked in with Tyler. My mom left
M- I should of listened to you. I shouldn't of went outside
I laughed and then coughed.
A- I told you
M- I have the flu there treating me right now.
T- that's good
I nodded.
M- I've taken so much medicine over the past days and I feel like I'm a drug addict
They laughed and Anthony sat down and Tyler left
M- I'm sorry
A- it's ok
He held my hand and we talked. My mom and nurse walked in
Mo- Tyler left
N- ok so you can go home but here's medication but it should be gone in the next couple of days
M- thank you
I walked to the bathroom and put on my clothes. I walked out and Anthony grabbed my hand and we walked out. My mom drove us home and Anthony sat in the back. We got home and we walked in.
T- there's soup Madi
I went and sat down in the kitchen and Anthony brought me a bowl of soup. I started eating it. I got done and I put my bowl away and it was 7
M- I'm going up
Mo- ok
I walked up and Anthony followed. I laid down and he came and sat next to me
M- you should go you have school tomorrow
A- i know
No one moved
M- ok go
A- bye I love you
M- I love you too
A- I'll come over tomorrow
He left and I went to shower. I got done and I brushed my hair and I fell asleep.
