"Fernald!" Amelia said jumping into Fernalds arms, "and I thought you were dead!" Amelia said wiping her tears of happiness,

"Don't worry Orange I'm here now," Fernald said hugging Amelia,

"This villain is your..." klaus asked,

"First cousin." Amelia said,

"Please boss don't hurt Amelia hurt the others." Fernald said to Count Olaf,

"No!" Amelia screamed, as count Olaf pushed Nero away, "you can't hurt my friends." Amelia finished,

"Oh then I'm sorry." Count Olaf said as other henchmen put the children in three sacks, Klaus and Isadora in one and Violet and Sunny in the other and of course Duncan and Amelia in the last one.

The bag was small barely and room for two children to sit down at the same time. Duncan and Amelia took turns sitting down, finally they were shoved into a red herring which had more place than the sack,

"OK I'll sit here and you can sit there." Duncan said, "OK." Amelia replied soon both children were asleep, but they didn't really care about the boundaries they had set, Duncan woke up and found Amelia lying on his lap and they we both holding hands slowly Duncan pulled out his green notebook and started writing, then he took his pencil and engraved two peoples initials in a heart;

Amelia slowly got up, and yawned,

"What time is it." She asked and then looked down and saw that she and Duncan were holding hands, she slowly pulled away both of them turned bright red.

"I don't know but through the cracks it looks like it's dawn." Duncan replied,

"Really? It's that early?" Amelia asked getting closer to the crack but Duncan stopped her,

"Yeah it is." He said quickly,

"And I think your joking." She said moving Duncan out of the way, she looked through the cracks and saw the sun slowly rising, she pulled away but came back quickly as she had seen something written near the crack. Amelia's hand touched the writing that read;

Duncan was so embarrassed, and Amelia had lost complete control over her body, she leaned in looked at Duncan's eyes and kisses him,

"Are we going to be alright?" Amelia asked,

"Yes, we will be." Duncan said as Amelia snuggled in his lap once more.
