So, Delilah possessed Frenzy, But has no memory of seeing Neil, Plus Frenzy never talked about Delilah, all she knows is that "She died from her brother' Wouldn't she have known about Delilah possessing her? Like Fang and Scarlett etc? Well think about it...

Some animatronics don't have to have a soul or have to listen to them..... Delilah can not see through Frenzy's eyes, She must see Neil herself to believe he's alive....
