Rise of the Vulture

Peter throws a piece of a wall off him and gets up. His costume is torn and ripped, cuts and bruises everywhere. Half his mask is ripped and blood dripping from his nose. Peter stumbles fowards but is instantly slammed into a wall. Peter looks at someone with wings hovering over him.
???: Prepare to die Spider-Man.

(48 hours earlier)

Peter grabs Trent and wheels him into his room and shuts his door.
Peter: Trent, you have to be quiet!
Trent: You're Spider-Man. Like, THE Spider-Man.
Peter: You can't tell Aunt May, Trent. You can't tell anybody.
Trent: Why not?
Peter: Because 1, Aunt May will kill me. 2, every cop in this city who's corrupt will try to arrest me. And 3, every supervillian or criminal will go after the ones I love.
Trent: Including me?
Peter: You're now family soooo yeah, including you.
Trent: Damn. No wonder you wear a mask.
Peter: I mean, it's not why I made the suit for.
Trent: What do you mean?
Peter: I mean, I got my powers from a radioactive spider at Oscorp. It bit me and gave me incredible powers. So instead of doing what I'm doing right now, I instead asked my Uncle to drive me to the library to "study". In reality I went to a wrestling match to win money.
Trent: You originally used your powers for personal gain?
Peter: Yeah. After the fight I was supposed to get a certain amount of cash but the manager swindled me. I left his office and someone walked by me to the office. I was waiting for the elevator to open when the same guy that walked by me was running towards the elevator. I let him into the elevator and he left. The manager asked why I didn't stop him and I told him that it wasn't my problem. I left the building to see a crowd and then I had this weird feeling I get when something bad happens or is about to happen. I ran into the crowd and say my uncle dying in the ground. The man I let go free killed my uncle. And I wanted revenge. So I found him amd I fought him, and I was about to kill him when I hear my uncle tell me something important and I spare the guys life. And now I do this Trent, to make that wrong right.
Trent: What did Ben say to you?
Peter: "With great power, there must also come great responsibility".
Trent: Wise words.
Peter: Yeah.
Trent notices the tears running down Peter's face. Trent wheels up to Peter and puts a hand on Peter's arm.
Trent: I'll keep your secret.
Peter: *sniffs* Thanks.
Trent: By the way, who else knows you're Spider-Man?
Peter: Only you. That I know of. Maybe Dr.Connors knows, but I don't think he'll tell if he does.
Trent: So, you'll probably need me to make excuses for you.
Peter: Maybe. I make pretty good excuses though.
Trent: Highly doubt it but whatever.
Peter laughs and Trent laughs. Peter throws his costume into his closet, closes it, and he and Trent walk out of Peter's bedroom.

(In a warehouse somewhere)

An older man with long grey hair, grey goatee, wearing reading glasses, a grey suit jacket, a red sweater vest, white shirt, brown pants and black boots is working on a piece of technology when someone bursts into the older man's lab.
???: Adrian?
A bald older man wearing a lab uniform throws a clipboard at a wall.
???: ADRIAN!!!
Adrian turns around to his friend.
Adrian: Sorry Phineas.
Phineas: What's wrong?
Adrian: They've turned down my plans again!!
Phineas: You're flight suit? But the plans are sound, we double checked ourselves.
Adrian: Well the board didn't approve because they don't think it's too weapon like.
Phineas: *sighs* Idiots.
Adrian: Don't worry, we've still got a fallback plan. Is that Herman goon still ready to help us?
Adrian opens a door to a vault and steps in.
Phineas: Yes. "The Shocker", as he's been calling himself, is ready to help us.
Adrian: Good.
Adrian steps out wearing a black and red flight suit with black metallic wings on the back and black and red goggles with yellow lenses.

Adrian: Like the Vulture I base myself off of, I will scavenge all that we need.
