Her name is Saori Kasai! Her quirk is called 'crystallize and paralyze', she is actually with a foster family. Her parents were killed by a villain when she was around 5 years old. She goes to the same middle school as Izuku and Katsuki. I made her Pro-Hero version as well...took a good couple of hours, but it was worth it....
