Oddity: Penelope is an intelligible she basically has an unlimited source to all the information on earth that takes normal humans thousands of years to find out. 
Relationship with the rest of the class: the class see Penelope as the grown up of the class she is mature and takes care of everyone a bit like a mother also her classmate Calvin curidori seems to have an unhealthy obsession with her, while she isn't interested in anyone but this boy when It comes to relationships though I think she maybe a bit of a tsundere.
