A little girl named Emily, who wished for a friend but never had one until one night. . .
She stayed up late on her blue coloured bed and stood up to her window to see the stars, then she suddenly saw a white shining light flash before her eyes, a shooting star.
She then decided to make a wish. "Oh wishing star, please Grant my wish I wish for a friend. For I do not have friends. Please bring me good luck" she said in quiet voice and went to bed.
