I saw Dawon yell at her.
The way his eyes were furious, but after he saw her cry...
He was furious yes, but at himself.
He ran out of the class, my heart clenched filled with worry.
He was so special to me..
The day that we met, is the day I could finally see color again. (The first time they met will be said next chapter)
Everything was so dull, but when he came, I realized that I should appreciate the little things in life.
So without thinking, I ran after him.
-Chani-
I stared coldly at the guy.
His big smile making my hand itch.
"Hi Chani!! How's it going?? I know you'll steal the spot from Dawon, Chani all the way!!!"
In front of me...
Is Inseong.
I sighed as I slowly closed my eyes,
"Yeah Yeah."
I opened them to see Taeyang running, not even casting me a glance.
"Where's he going?"
"I don't know... I'll check for you!! brb boss!!"
Inseong saluted me and ran after Taeyang.
Whew.
He's finally gone.
I stood up and slowly followed feeling intrigued.
This has to be something to do with Dawon.
And I have to be the first to find out.
-Rowoon-
I let Claire hug me as her tears flowed out of her.
She has always been bullied for her lack of hearing.
And as a good neighbor I always comforted her.
She was like a younger sister to me.
Everyone was watching us and I gave them a quick glare, making them look away.
I had seen bullying, it feels refreshing to finally take action for others.
Though it being Dawon...
I was blinded by anger at the moment.
He most likely thought she was ignoring him.
Poor guy.
I was no help either.
I checked on Claire who had stopped crying and now looked at me.
"S-sorry Seokwoo, I'm so sorry for being a burden. I'm sorry."
My mind went to a past memory making me shiver.
"No Claire, there is no reason to apologize. I want to help you."
She looked at me trying to figure out what I had said by lip reading.
I quickly did hand language that made a smile form on her face.
I felt my heart ease.

'I won't let anyone hurt you... ever.'
Her smile brightened my day as she gave me a tight hug.
"Thanks Seokwoo..!!"
"You're welcome.."
I wish I could be with you forever.. to protect you.
{Flashback}

(Guess the person, hint* not the same person at the orphanage. This is before Dawon came to this school.)
A cold glare was sent to Him.
Everyone silent, but happy they weren't Him.
For He was at the bottom of the rank, the lowest of low.
And in front of him now was Chani.
The king.
They had bumped into each other and now everyone had gathered to see what Chani would do.
Even the teachers stopped to watch.
Not a single word was spoken.
Though this had become a daily routine, no one lost interest.
They both stared eye to eye,
Everyone knew the outcome.
Yet they tried not to blink so they wouldn't miss a single event.
"How dare you bump into me? Don't tell me... you have a crush on me?? I know I'm perfect but I'm out of your league."
Bullseye.
Everyone burst out laughing.
The noise filling the entirety of the halls.
He felt pure rage as he looked at Chani's face.
But deep down, his heart raced at the sight of him.
The worst of all was when Chani sneered into his face whispering so only he could hear,
"I'll never like someone like you."
That made Him burst, he ran away.
His heart aching, completely broken.
His thoughts being, Someone... better take the king down.
