I'll link the following comic and animation below, but just know before going there that you will probably have to be quite familiar with Undertale's lore if you want to understand what's going on. Even then, it's still hard to follow... However, if you just want to read a good comic and watch a good animated YouTube series full of great art, lovable (and hate-able) characters, and a truly amazing plot, even if you may not understand all of what's going on, then go right ahead!
This comic takes place after The Truce, with a really big time jump in between. It takes place entirely in the AU called X-Tale, an original creation of the maker of this comic, Jakei95. All of the characters are original as well (except for one small cameo at the end).

Underverse is a giant crossover event (that has just completed its first season and I believe is on a bit of a hiatus) that explores the consequences of the events of both The Truce and X-Tale, as well as bringing in characters from other fan-made AU's and even the original Undertale. It is insanely good and has amazing music so now that I think of it here's literally all the music (except for half of episode 0.2, the soundtracks of which are nowhere to be found):
