I want human Eric to have had one of those really cool Scandinavian Forest cats. Like he'd keep them and have them lay with him to ease the burden of having to take the throne in a few years after he found his bride. He'd feel so close to his Goddess Freya, the little animal would be more than a pet. But a companion of life, a true friend. I want Eric to be a cat person. A cat person who just so happened to be a Viking prince, that cuddled a kitty after a battle; and lazily stroked the little ones head as he sat reading by candle light. I want an Eric Northman who was devastated that his adorable companion could not accompany him in the darkness. Ok now i just want there to be an immoral cat who thrives off its own cuteness.
