Still standing at the window, I stared at him in shock. I felt myself tear up and passed my phone to my dad,
"Message Daniel and tell him I'll meet him there,"
My dad stared at me in shock as I ran up to the room where I stayed in last night. I started to pace up and down the room when thoughts swirled through my head.
He's alive...
He's going to hate me...
He probably forgot all about me...
What if he doesn't want to talk to me?
What am I going to say to him? I'm sorry for killing you?
Of course not! He's not even dead!

"Hey! What's up?" I asked Nate, greeting him with a bro hug,
"I could ask you the same! But all is good! After all, you did promise me a surprise bomb cake when I needed it!"
"I did. But before you take the cake, what have you been doing? I haven't seen you around much,"
"You know, been traveling around from here and there. I have seen so many weird things, dude it's not even funny," He said shaking his head and chuckling causing me to smile. The phone in my pocket vibrated as my heart rate sped up. If this is Elna's brother, I'll have to knock him out and tie him up, if it's not I give him the cake and let him go enjoy it somewhere far away from here.
"Sorry man, give me a sec," I said taking out my phone,
"I'll meet you there," The text read. I kept my posture and facial expression the same, still smiling, turning it into a fake smirk.
"What? That smirk can only mean one thing... is it a girl?" He asked smirking himself,
"You bet," I replied chuckling, "Now, let me give you what you came here for," I said gesturing to the cake. He walked to the cake and admired it from all angles. When he turned his back to me I got the sleeping drug and lunged at him while his attention wasn't focused on me. I injected him in his neck right before he turned around and looked at me with an expression of hurt.
"What-Why would-?" He started but I cut him off,
"I'm sorry, I really am, but you need to explain somethings, especially to your sisters,"
His hurt expression turned to one of shock before passed out. I picked him up and carried him into the house where I saw Jack and Rob waiting for me, but I didn't see Elna anywhere in the room,
As if reading my mind, Jack answered, "She's upstairs, we'll take care of him, you go get Elna and try to talk some sense into her. She isn't going to listen to us,"
"Why?" I asked confused,
"She is upset, and you two have a very unique bond, you calmed her down yesterday, she will listen to you," Replied her uncle before leaving with Jack and Nate, or rather "Nathan",
Making my way up to the room's door I took a deep breath and headed in to talk to Elna. When I walked into the room, she was pacing again, but when she saw me she stopped and just looked at me,
"Where is he?"
"Your father is tying him up in the basement."
"And Rob? What is he doing?"
"He's going to wake Nathan up as soon as he's tied up and can't escape,"
"Is he okay?"
"I only gave him a sleeping drug, not something that could kill him," I huffed,
"I didn't say that you did, Daniel,"
"Then why ask if he's okay?"
"He's my brother, that was supposedly dead, but turns out he isn't! So excuse me if I'm asking questions about his well being, I didn't ask for you to be rude, you know." She snapped and guilt washed over me as she walked over to sit down on the bed.
"I'm sorry," I said as I sat down next to her, "I know you're worried," I put my arm around her shoulders and felt her tense, but just as I was about to take my arm away from her she relaxed and leaned her head on my shoulder,
"Elna I-" I started, but was cut off by a knock on the door,
I stood up and left Elna on the bed as I made my way towards the door. I opened it and looked at the person on the other side.
"We are going to waking him up if you want to be there and ask questions," Said Rob, I nodded and told him we would be there in a few. He nodded and turned to head back the way he came.
"You want to go? Or do you want to wait?"
"No, I want to go," She said after a few moments of silence, nodding I held the door open for her as she passed me, hearing a faint 'thank you' when she passed me,
We walked to the basement in silence until we reached the door.
"Elna, before we go in," I started and took her chin with my finger forcing her to look at me, "I want you to know that whatever happened that night is in the past, if he holds it against you then so be it, you have your dad, your uncle, your friends, and me to support you. If it gets to much let me know and I'll take it from there for you okay?"
She nodded with a small grateful smile causing me to smile back at her before she opened the door and headed in.
"Let me go you sic-" But he stopped as soon as we entered.
Elna slowly made her way over to him with her face blank, no emotion showing, and to be honest, it gave me a chill, making me worried a bit as she stood in front of him. The two just stared at each other not daring to break the silence,
"Ellie?"
*SLAP*
"Don't you dare call me that," She said in a voice so cold that it could scare the most feared people known in existence...
