RESUME TAPE

The tape was inside of a recorder, so I hit the play button.
"HELLO HUMANS, I AM THE CONNECTOR. I WAS CREATED BY A HUMAN SCIENTIST AND SENT INTO THE ANDROMEDA GALAXY, WHERE I BUILT A CIVILIZATION OF ROBOTS. WE HAVE DECIDED TO SEND AN AMBASSADOR, WK-900 TO SPEAK WITH YOUR LEADERS. PLEASE TAKE CARE, SINCERELY, THE *static*"
Well I was intrigued to say the least. I noticed a power button on the side of the pod. I hesitantly pushed it and suddenly the visor of the robot sprung to life. It started spewing code, then showed a logo, before blacking out. The robot began to push itself out of the pod. In an attempt to not be seen, I ran behind a nearby tree.
The robot slowly began to approach the tree I was behind.
It stood tall in front of me, and began to take off its visor.
It's face reminded me of a webcomic but I couldn't recall which.
And then-
